Determination of Isoniazid Gained Fluorescent with 9-Anthraldehyde by HPLC-FL Method in Dosage Forms

Tuberculosis is a chronic necrotizing bacterial infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which has not lost its prevalence in the society from past to present. Isoniazid (INH) an important drug used treatment of tuberculosis and for all forms unless there resistance. This study aimed develop validate new HPLC with fluorescence detector (HPLC-FL) based on formation coloured product (9-anthraldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone, INHAA) resulting condensation reaction INH 9-anthraldehyde(9-AA) determination dosage forms. Optimum INHAA was obtained at 68 °C 1.97 mL 0.05 M 9-AA 3 h using chemometric tool one green analytical chemistry strategies. separated C18 reversed-phase column conjunction isocratic elution mobile phase composed methanol-Milli-Q grade water detected detection (FL) excitation (390 nm) emission (489 wavelengths.
